Classes taught by Lina Mookerjee
Lina teaches her weekly classes in the format of a 5/6 week course. She centres her courses on a theme that is worked through and experienced through each of the Yoga sessions in that course. She teaches two types of courses Next Steps and Further Steps. The Next Steps course is planned to be an ongoing process, and is suitable for those who have gained an initial grounding in the value of asana (posture/movement) practice, basic breathing and relaxation practice. The Further Steps course is aimed at those who wish to explore themselves through a more challenging process as well as practising asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, this will also involve exploring classical Yoga philosophy through Linas approach, and its application to the individuals self-development.
